This work described the design and construction of a hydraulic three brick press, a machine for producing three bricks at the same time using hydraulic power. The machine is designed using the most readily available materials to reduce the cost of production. The component parts consist of the frame, tank, hydraulic pump, mould, and hoses. The benefits of this machine are explained, design calculation is analyzed. During the design and construction of the machine, some scientific principles, formulas, and theories were used. This scientific principles, formula's, and theories were very useful in material selection and appropriate positioning of various components involved in the construction of the machine to help obtain the highest possible efficiency of the machine. Performance evaluation and testing were carried out. Areas like ergonomics, trouble shooting chart, accurate measurement, how the process works and processing were also discussed. The machine is relatively cheap, effective, compact, easy to use and maintain when compared to the existing sophisticated brick machines. The three-mold hydraulic bricks molding machine was done using locally sourced material and the performance of the machine was evaluated. The three-mold hydraulic bricks molding machine is relatively cheap, compact and easy to operate and maintain which produces three bricks at the same time and at a faster rate and in very short time.
